Hi, I’m David Brown — the owner of Barrier Island Property Management. I was born in Beachwood, grew up in Ocean County, and now call Pine Beach home. This isn’t just where I work — it’s where I live.
With 20 years of hands-on maintenance experience, I’ve seen just about every problem a Shore home can face. I started this company to help my neighbors take better care of their properties, and I treat every home like it belongs to family.
